Nature of contribution
Reporting to the Senior Manager , you will develop and implement action plans and business development tactics based on your sector's established sales strategies. You will be involved in business development and will work towards ensuring client loyalty by providing efficient sales and after-sales service. In addition, you will increase your sector's profitability by developing the current and potential clientele in your market.
Main responsibilities
As a Manager, Business Development, you will establish and maintain effective communications with clients and the various other individuals involved in the sector's activities. You will identify business opportunities that may emerge in your market and will make recommendations regarding the appropriate action to take. You will help define business orientations for the products and services under your responsibility.
In addition, you will work with the various Bank sectors to develop new products or to create a tailored product mix to meet client needs. You will establish a preferred relationship with clients and ensure client satisfaction by providing personalized service. You will ensure the visibility of the Bank's products and services by taking part in various external activities and by acting as representative for various organizations or stakeholders. Finally, you will propose new products, services and sales-related technological tools and will recommend changes to existing ones to meet clients' changing needs with a view to ensuring client retention.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
